I’m taking a moment to reflect on what season one of the show has revealed to me, not just about AI, but about work, business, reinvention, and the kinds of conversations people are truly hungry for right now.

In this solo episode, I’m sharing a few reflections from season one, some of the patterns I’ve been noticing, and a look at where the show is headed next as I begin shaping season two.

I also talk about what’s coming up next, including my coverage from Wellist Forum and eMerge Americas here in Miami, and why those two worlds feel like the perfect bridge into the next chapter of the show.

After a full season of interviews, one thing has become really clear: the strongest conversations were never about tools for the sake of tools. They were about what people are building, how they are thinking, and how work itself is changing.

From CTOs of unicorn companies to student builders, this season showed me just how wide the doorway into AI really is and how many people are using this moment to rethink the way they create, earn, lead, and build.

If you’ve been listening and want to help me shape season two, I’d love your input.

Welcome to How I AI the podcast featuring real people, real stories, and real AI in action. I'm Brooke Gramer, your host and guide on this journey into the real world impact of artificial intelligence. For over 15 years, I've worked in creative marketing, events and business strategy, wearing all the hats. I know the struggle of trying to scale and manage all things without burning out, but here's the game changer, AI. This isn't just a podcast. How I AI is a community, a space where curious minds like you come together, share ideas, because AI isn't just a trend, it's a shift, and the sooner we embrace it, the more freedom, creativity, and opportunities will unlock. Hello everyone and welcome back. Today I have a special solo episode for you. I wanted to reflect on what the season has revealed for me, not just about ai,

what's culturally relevant about work, business, reinvention, and the kinds of conversation you all are actually hungry for. So today is part reflection part thank you and part look ahead. I am gonna share a few season one milestones, some of the biggest key takeaways and share a bit more about where this show is going next. First off, I wanna share how truly grateful I am for everyone who has listened, shared, supported, and trusted me with this show in the season one. So thank you to every guest who said yes to coming onto this show. Thank you to every listener, especially those who have been tuning in since day one. And thank you to those who have been supporting the vision quietly I really just wanna acknowledge that building a show like this takes trust and community. So here we are. It's been 56 weeks. I've had over 57 guests on the show and received over 25,000 downloads spanning across my podcast, hosting platforms and social media. I had such a wide range of guests on the show. Everyone from an 11-year-old builder to innovators in their seventies. I've had CTOs of unicorn valued companies on the show, students that are building in high school, the show has reached listeners across 131 countries and territories. Some of my top episodes are speaking to entrepreneurs, first time founders, AI trends, and how I'm helping clients pivot in real time. And that says a lot about where we are right now when it comes to AI adoption. These top episodes were not random. They clustered around strategy, systems, and workforce trends. It shows that this audience is responding to having these grounded conversations at their fingertips. You all want stories that are rooted in real work, real decisions, and real transformation. And all of my download stats are showing me that you all wanna hear more about real business use cases and how people are navigating during this time of change. Season one taught me that AI is not just a tech conversation anymore. It's a work conversation. It's a reinvention conversation. I've learned that the people using AI most powerfully are often the people quietly experimenting, building, testing, and rethinking how they worked in the past. So the future of this show is more about the people pivoting, and redesigning how they work and create value and add additional streams of income. It's become really clear to me the strongest conversations aren't just about tools for the sake of tools. The strongest conversations on the show were what people were building for the first time, how they were thinking, and how work itself is changing. This show resonates most when it's centered on founders, more modern work, non-linear paths to where they are now in their business, and real stories behind AI adoption. So for season two, the lane is getting clearer for me. Expect more deep dives in real conversations about building businesses in the AI era. I'll continue to bring more stories from modern founders using AI to redesign how they work. I'll continue to share conversations with entrepreneurs navigating this modern work in the age of ai. So here's a little bit more for what's on deck in the beginning of season two. I'm just off the tail end of Wellist week here in Miami. I covered the inaugural season of the two day forum, which was built around the future of the wellness economy. There were conversations spanning longevity, science, preventative healthcare. I made sure to attend all the panels that covered the convergence of wellness and ai. These talks went deep on data, human-centered technologies, and the age of credibility. I also lined up two exclusive interviews from the moderators of each of these panels. The first one is with Kunal Sood. He's the founder of Audacity ai, and the second one was with Antonio Vasaiely a Chief AI officer and UN advisory board member. Also launching Season two will be my exclusive coverage of eMerge Americas, which is kicking off here in Miami in just a couple days. If you don't know about eMerge Americas It is a tech expo that brings together over 60 countries with over 20,000 attendees. Over 250 global thought leaders, and over 2,500 startups. It's one of my favorite events that happen every year in Miami, and as I reflect back on attending this time last year, I was just starting to get into the groove with the podcast. And this year I have some incredible exclusive interviews lined up, including Noelle Russell, Nicole Baer, Melissa Medina, Ximena Paul. And I'll also be sharing my key takeaways from the main stage panels. So buckle up. Season two is coming in strong between Wellist Forum and Emerge Americas. We're gonna be covering everything from where AI is changing industries at scale, including the wellness industry. And where it is reshaping how people live, lead, and build on the expo floor. As I mentioned, after a full season of conversations and guests. I have more clarity on what this show is actually becoming, which is AI for the modern entrepreneur. But I'm also asking for you all to share a little bit more about the conversations that truly resonate the most with you. What kind of guests you want to hear more of, and what kind of business or personal angles you care more about. So as season one continues to wrap up, I'm asking for listener input. As I start to shape the form of season two. I wanna hear feedback from you all. And so I created a short type form survey to help shape season two together. I also want to give a call out that if you are a brand who wants to collaborate, if you're interested in sponsoring season two, please reach out A few other ways I also partner with brands and businesses are around conference coverage. As you can tell, I love curating talks, moderating panels and covering thoughtful storytelling at this intersection of business, technology, and culture.
